This policy explains how Ayudh handles information collected through this website (ayudhai.com). It does not cover the Ayudh product itself — the product runs entirely on your infrastructure and Ayudh has no access to any data processed within it.

When you submit the demo request form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, job title, and any message you include. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
This website uses standard web server logs, which may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used for security monitoring and basic analytics. No third-party analytics or tracking tools are used on this website.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the demo request form is used to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to schedule a product demonstration. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.
The Ayudh product and your data
The Ayudh product is deployed on your infrastructure. All document processing, AI inference, and data storage occurs on your hardware. No document content, party names, financial terms, or any other data processed by the Ayudh product is transmitted to Ayudh or any third party. This is architecturally enforced — the system does not have the capability to transmit data externally in its default configuration.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our communication. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
